Just remember this is only suggestions. You don't have to follow these ideas. I just had a basic one I never even played games.
I just went to the doller store and bought gifts for everyone that came, saying thank-you and that was it.

Baby Shower Game Suggestions
Guess The Baby's Birthday Game
Guests write their names on a calendar on the date and time they think your baby will be born. The host of the party
starts a money or gift "pool", payable to the winner. When the baby is born, the host then distributes the money
to the lucky winner.
The Guess The Baby's Weight Game
All the baby shower guests write down what they think your baby will weigh at birth, in pounds and ounces, with the baby's
length as the tie breaker. It's better if the host of the party can put a token amount of money or a gift as the "pool",
which is payable to the winner. When the baby is born, the host then distributes the money to the lucky winner.
Match The Baby Picture Game
When the host sends out the invitations, they instruct all the baby shower guests to bring photos of themselves as babies.
The host will arrange the photos with numbers, and with a list of names of the partygoers. The host then asks all the guests
to write down the name and matching number. The guest with the most correct matches wins a prize.
Diaper The Baby Game
Male and female couples are paired together to "diaper" a baby doll. Sounds easy enough, but there's a catch.
The the couple must wrap the diaper to the baby using only one hand each. The other hand is not allowed to touch the diaper.
This is a lesson in teamwork! The team who diapers the doll the fastest wins the prize.
The Parents Name Game
All the baby shower guests are asked to take letters from the mother's name and the father's name and create a name for
the baby. The winner can be based on the funniest name, or whoever comes up with the most names.
Guess The Mommy's Girth Game
All the baby shower guests are asked to write down the circumference around mommy's stomach. Then, mommy is measured
and the guest with the closest circumference wins the prize or pool.
Variation Of The Mommy's Girth Game:
The host goes around to everyone with a roll of toilet paper and asks them to pull off what they think the mother's girth
is. Then everyone tries their toilet paper around the mother. The one closest wins.
Pass The Present Game
The hostess starts with a gift which was wrapped numerous times with many layers of different colored paper. This game
is played like musical chairs. When the music starts, the hostess passes the gift around the room. Every time the music
stops, whoever has the gift removes a layer of wrapping paper. When the music restarts, the present gets passed around again.
This continues until the last layer is removed, and the person holding the present gets to keep it.
Rice & Clips Game
Place rice in a ice cream pail, along with several small plastic paper clips. Each player needs to be blindfolded, while
trying to pick out the paper clips. See who can get the most paper clips.
Name The Baby Food Game
Get some jars of baby food, and remove the container labels after marking the lids by numbers. Have each person taste
the food and try to guess what it is.
Footprint & Hand print Advice
Make copies of baby feet and hand prints and cut them out. At the shower ask each guest to write advice on one and a
helpful hint on the other. Then put them in a scrap book for the mom-to-be to refer back to as needed.
Name The T.V. Children Game
Pass out a list of popular T.V. families and have guests list the children from the families. Some families to try:
Eight Is Enough, Brady Bunch, Happy Days, Leave It To Beaver, Partridge Family, Growing Pains, Bewitched, Cosby Show, The
Simpsons, The Waltons, Family Ties, Family Affair.
Pre-Addressed Envelope Door Prize Game
As guests arrive they are handed an envelope and asked to write their address on it, then it's put in a basket. One envelope
is drawn, and the winning guest receives a prize. Then the envelopes (already addressed) along with the thank you cards are
given to the mother, making it very easy to send.
